By entering the Aerotrunk Packing Cubes Video and Photo Contest (“Contest”), you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Intent Brands LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

Eligibility

  1. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period

The Contest begins at [start date and time] and ends at [end date and time] (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

  1. Create an original video or photo featuring Aerotrunk Packing Cubes.
  2. Submit your entry by:
    • Uploading content on the content page
    • Posting it on [platform(s) such as Instagram or Facebook] with the hashtag #AerotrunkContest and tagging @Aerotrunk.
    • Alternatively, email your entry to support@aerotrunk.com with the subject line "Contest Entry."

Entry Guidelines

  1. Your submission must be your original work and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
  2. Submissions must comply with community standards and must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  3. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Sponsor based on the following criteria:
    • Votes Received (50%)
    • Creativity (50%)
  2. The decisions of the judges are final and binding.
  3. Winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the Contest end date.

Prizes

1st Prize of $750, 2nd Prize of $500, 3rd Prize of $250.

Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, publish, display, and distribute your submission, including for promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice.

General Conditions

  1. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  2. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that violates these Official Rules.
  3. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at its discretion.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this Contest and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [privacy policy link].

Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation or acceptance of a prize.

Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
